I am a floor sleeper.
Not a SWEEPER but a SLEEPER.
I have NEVER met a bed that I have liked. NEVER.
Doubt that I will.
This makes my Mom tear her hair out!

Mom was completely ECSTATIC when she was chosen as the winner! Mom chose the same bed as above, but the color she chose was olive green.

Well, I myself prefer where my Mom sleeps, whether it be her recliner or her…err…I mean, our queen-sized bed. Now, Mi-Mi likes her kitty-sill, cuz it is high and I can’t sneak in for midnight attacks. I can’t say I like the floor, cuz it’s too hard!

Ellie is just like you. She’s a floor sleeper too. Well, she is now. She used to sleep in her open crate at night until Charlie came to live with us. Then he took it over as well as the bed we bought for him. He’s claimed both beds as his, so Ellie stays away from both. In fact, she generally avoids the carpet in our bedroom and prefers to lie on the tile in the bathroom. Audrey loves to sleep on a bed that is too small for her, but squishes herself into it. I should send you a picture sometime – it clearly doesn’t look comfortable!

Oh Dakota, I have a lovely sheepskin bed Humom bought me, I will’z sleep in it in the day but at night, I’z really naughty…I sneak downstairs and sleep on the couch..she caught me the other night..BOL xx00xx

I like to sleep almost everywere, on the floor, in my bed, in my humans bed when I manage to sneek in… As long as I’m comfortable, I don’t mind !!

You’re not alone, Dakota. I’ve refused most beds. I like to sleep across the front door on the floor. They bought me a new bed recently and I use that occasionally – it’s vinyl on a frame. If they put the sheepskin cover on, I won’t use it at all.

I’m the same, I sleep on the floor or on my favourite leather armchair. I might have a quick cuddle on mummy and daddy’s bed or on the sofa but I get too hot. I have a cushion-type bed in their room but I never use it either!

Oreo and Chewy get lots of use out of their beds, but their favorite bed of all is mine!

No way.. Sometimes Jack sleeps on the floor, but usually all of my three find somewhere to sleep that’s soft. They have an option between three human beds, the couch, and a giant dog bed, but if they want to sleep closer to us, wherever we are, they find literally anything soft.. Full laundry basket, even a thin sheet that my sisters spread out to sit on the floor sometimes. ANYTHING is better than the floor. And Jack also prefers an elevated pillow.

I’m a bed sleeper. This bed is just wonderful, it looks so comfy and cozy … like the ugg boots :o)))) My mom is ecstatic too, said she would sleep always there – but I’m afraid she isn’t foldable ;o)

I’m with you. I’m a floor sleeper too! I can roll over from left to right and then right to bed, I can roll twice and I’m still on my bed without having the fear of falling off the bed.

We Greyhounds and Morgan prefer the couch or a fluffy bed, and of course I allow Mom and Dad to sleep on my king-sized bed at night. Kuster, on the other paw, shreds every bed he gets, so he usually sleeps on the hard floor.

BOL!!! I sleep lots of places! On a dog bed, in the human bed, under the human bed, and yes, on the floor. BOL!!! I guess it depends on how hot or cold it is. Maybe you will sleep on your new bed in January when it is cold? Unless your humans crank up the heat, then you probably won’t.

Oh dear Dakota. Sammy & I like to share a bed. Mom tried getting us fancy, soft and pillowed beds but I (Wally) proceeded to wee on them continually, which is why we now have the plastic bucket bed with 2 blankets in it, it’s easy to clean. We must admit though,by the middle of summer most nights you will find us spread flat on our tummies, back legs out on the cool floor tiles.
That really is a beautiful bed…something Mom also wishes she could buy us…but it would never work *BOL*

My Tucker used to like the floor, I think he got too warm in a bed. It wasn’t til he was older that he appreciated a bed once in awhile.

My hairy Slobbery sisters, Cinnamon and Bob have a big bed on the floor, well, actually it is 2 big dog beds. Cinnamon slleps on one side and Bob the other. Sometimes, if she is cold, Cinnamon gets upo on the bed with Mommy and Daddy. Bob, if she is too hot sleeps on the floor. She has a blanket on the floor beside Mommy that she likes to sleep on when we is watching TV. Cinnamon like to snooze on the sofa with me or Kozmo.

Leroy’s a couch sleeper and Sherman;s a floor sleeper.
I bought Leroy a bed last year so he would stop sleeping on the couch and he peed on the dog bed and then went and jumped on the couch!

First of all, CONGRATS, what a wonderful gift to win. Dude… this mystery requires some postulating (VBP)… Sometimes during the hotter months I will sleep on the cool tile floor part of the night and part in bed with Mom. I relocate a few times and differently when my human sister is with us. (she goes between our house and Mr. Fred’s…) Ahhh… just thought of something… perhaps as one with a herding heritage, your instincts require that you sleep with your flock (which would be on the ground.) Just a thought….

I bought my dog a bed once. The cat stole it and claimed it as his own. I don’t think my dog has slept in it once. My cat puts a good hurting on it, though. The dog sleeps on the rug.
