National Homeless Animals Day Is Saturday August 18 PAW-TY WITH THE FRIENDS! MICHIGAN

 

 

Cruise on over to the Dearborn Animal Shelter on Saturday, August 11, when they open their  doors to the community  to kick off a  SPECIAL week-long celebration!  Why?  To celebrate National Homeless Animals Day which is Saturday August 18!

PRE-OWNED PET SUMMER ADOPTION EVENT

The Michigan Humane Society (MHS), in partnership with PetSmart and PetSmart Charities,  is hosting  a Certified Pre-Owned Pet Summer Adoption Event  TODAY,  July 21, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at PetSmart Dearborn. Certified pre-owned dogs, puppies, cats, kittens and rabbits – all loaded with adorable features – will be available for adoption from MHS and three local rescue groups.

 

“We have a wide variety of makes and models of Certified Pre-Owned Pets that are ready to be driven home today,” said Marie Skladd, MHS Director of Community Outreach. “Each model is made in Michigan, and each of them is available for one low payment and “0” percent financing! And with CPO Pets available from MHS and three wonderful rescue groups, you’re sure to find that perfect match!”

The Certified Pre-Owned Pet Summer Adoption Event will be held at PetSmart Dearborn, located at 5650 Mercury Drive. In addition to MHS, other participating organizations will include the

Friends of Dearborn Animal Shelter,

What We Do is for the Love of Pets

and Mutts n Mutts Rescue

Adoption fees are set by the individual groups,

and all animals have been sterilized

and received age-appropriate vaccinations.
