  1. Great advice and enjoy your summer sunshine. We’re in winter but it’s still bright sunny skies and only cold enough to wear a long sleeved shirt, so not bad at all.

    • shhhh don’t tell but my Mom prefers the cooler weather!! She’ll be right over! Barks and licks and love, Dakota

  2. Very nice, Dakota. I am happy to see you wearing sunglasses. They are good for your eyes. Plus you look really cool!

  3. Excellent advice Dakota! Our mom always has to remind us not to eat the grass near other people’s houses, because she’s not sure what kind of fertilisers they use.

    • your Mom is quite smart. My Mom worries about that here too when she sees them spraying the lawn where we live. Barks and licks and love, Dakota

  8. Great advice Dakota! As much as we love summer, our people need to remember to keep us safe!

  9. Ok, as much as we complained about still having snow the beginning of May and the cold rainy weather until a week ago…after the past few hot days, mom and us girls were reminded that we are not big summer fans and do prefer winter, less trouble out there and we can be more active. Summer would be great if it stayed below 75 but the heat and humidity is no fun for anyone!

    • OMD Emma my Mom is sooooooooo with you! She looked at the weather forecast and nearly died. 90’s through Tuesday. Mom HATES that plus it is bad for her kidney stones. Mom likes Spring and Fall the best. She is with you that if it were between 60 and 75 she would be happy! Barks and licks and love, Dakota

  10. Awesome stuff here! I’m amazed at the amount of people who aren’t considerate of their animals needs in extreme temps. Definitely sharing this along!

    • that is what my Mom needs to do. She needs to start scrubbing my paws! Thanks for the reminder! Barks and licks and love, Dakota

  17. That’s a very important information Dakota. It’s always bad when we eat grass or dig a hole on a meadow what people manured with whatever. We have no summer here – only rain like always :o)
