  14. We’re so thankful that we don’t have to worry about hurricanes, but I have learned to be better prepared and will not only create a 2nd first aid kit, but also make sure all of our dogs records are together and their microchips are up to date.

  17. We don’t get hurricanes…just tornadoes and a few earthquakes! Good information though for those that might be affected. We can only hope that it isn’t a bad hurricane season.

  18. We don’t get hurricanes either, but it’s good to be prepared for anything which might frighten your pet. We can get fires and our fire plan includes the WHOLE family 🙂

  21. Great reminder! We have hit the end and beginning of hurricanes in Florida. They were not big enough to evacuate but I thought even the small parts were extremely frightening. I would hate for Lexie and Mica to be lost and terrified in a hurricane:(
